How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship within the USA in 5–10 business days, for a total of 6–12 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET are handled the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every Adacares order within the USA — no minimum purchase and no surprises at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door. If you can't find your tracking email, write to info@adacares.com and we'll resend the latest update.
What is your return policy?
You have a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and requested within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email info@adacares.com with your order number to start a return.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order on arrival and email info@adacares.com within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll cover return postage and either reship the correct item or refund you in full — your choice.
